LOVELY DAY

This afternoon I received a phone call from Miss Janelle over at St. Croix Prep. She called to tell me some very good news. Some oh- my- God- you- are- the -best woman- in -the -world- can- I- drive -over- there-right-now- and-kiss-you kind of news. Yes, that is what I said to her when she told me that they have a spot in one of the first grade classes for this sweet little boy,

my Lucas Alexander next year.

Ever since Ava was miraculously accepted a few months ago, I have hoped, prayed, and obsessed over him getting in as well. This is honestly the best news I could have received.
